All items are sold in as is condition with no warranties or guarantees. There will be a 15% buyers premium added to final bid of each item. It is the duty of the bidder to ascertain information about an item above and beyond the description provided by the auction company. In order to purchase a firearm all Federal, State and local laws apply. There will be background checks completed for all purchases of the firearms. Background check/Transfer Fees are $30 and for any additional firearms it will be $10 per Firearm above the original $30. Shipping for all firearms will be determined by the Size, Weight and destination of the firearm, this varies. The in person pick-up for firearms will be at High Velocity Arms, located at 4130 Lafayette Blvd Fredericksburg VA 22408. The Items will be available for pick-up on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.
