Real Estate: There will be a 10% Buyer's Premium added to the final bid that will become a part of the total purchase price. A 10% deposit is due on the date of the auction, with the balance due at closing. Closing will be thirty days from the date of the Auction.

Personal Property: All items are sold as-is. There will be a 13% Buyer's Premium added to the final bid of all items, with a 3% discount for cash or check.
